What are your candles made of?

Our candles are handcrafted using plant-based wax made exclusively from a rapeseed and coconut oil blend, while our fragrance oils are vegan-friendly,
cruelty-free, and paraben-free. The wicks are manufactured in Europe from natural flat cotton yarns intertwined with paper threads to produce a rigid structure. They are guaranteed to be lead-free and zinc-free, are completely untreated, and comply with all European REACH regulations.



How long will my candle last?

Our 90g metal tins have a burn time of approximately 14 hours. To maximize this time, please follow our candle care instructions below.



How do I get the best burn out of my candle?

To prevent "tunneling" (where wax builds up on the sides of the jar), ensure your first burn lasts long enough for the melted wax pool to reach the edge of the container. This usually takes 2–3 hours and sets the "memory" for all future burns.

Why is it important to trim the wick?

Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch (approx. 5mm) before every lighting. This ensures a clean, steady flame, prevents black soot from forming on the glass, and helps your candle last much longer.

WAX MELTS

How do I use wax melts?

Place one cube of your wax melt into the dish of an electric or tea-light warmer. Ensure your dish is large enough to prevent the wax from overflowing as it melts. As the wax liquifies, the fragrance will fill your room. Do not add water to the wax.


How long does the scent last in a wax melt?

Electric wax burner (low wattage 25–40W): 25–30 hours


Tea light burner: 20–25 hours

How do I remove the old wax from my warmer?

The easiest way is to let the wax cool slightly until it’s semi-solid, then pop it out with a spoon. Alternatively, place cotton balls or tissue in the melted wax to soak it up, then wipe the surface clean with a paper towel.

Are wax melts safer than candles?

Yes! When used with an electric warmer, there is no open flame to worry about. Wax melts are a great flame-free alternative, especially if you have pets or small children.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We hand-pour our products in small batches. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipping time varies on your location.
