These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the purchase of products from Aja Home Fragrances.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Eligibility and General Conditions

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

 

Products – Home Fragrances

Our products include, but are not limited to, candles, wax melts, diffusers, room sprays, and other home fragrance items.

All products are intended for ambient use only and must be used strictly in accordance with provided safety instructions. Products must not be ingested and should be kept away from children, pets, and open flames where applicable.

The Company accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper or unsafe use.

 

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary due to display settings
  • Fragrance characteristics are subjective
  • Minor variations may occur between batches

Such variations do not constitute defects.

 

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euro and may be subject to applicable taxes. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Aja Home Fragrances shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety considerations:

  • Opened or used home fragrance products are non-returnable
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items
  • Claims must be reported within [X] days of delivery with supporting evidence

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable EU consumer law.

 

Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aja Home Fragrances shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Member State in which Aja Home Fragrances is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles
